Cabbage Diet

Will you not agree with when I say that Germany has the most gorgeous of men? Well I admit that this is highly opinionated and extremely prejudiced (having known many German guys myself!)…BUT! that is not my point here~ How do the ladies of Germany remain looking so sophisticatedly brunette and so lovingly blonde??? Let me introduce you to a specific diet craze that is going around Germany by storm. Now they have started many diets those ladies of Germany. First there was the cheese diet, then there was the eat all you can for breakfast or lunch and skip dinner diet, and then now this. But I can assure you that this actually works!

The CABBAGE DIET has been proven to, if carried out properly, enable the dieter to lose 4~6kg per week!!! Kate Winslet, Sharon Stone, Michelle Piper…you name it! They have all done this diet. Rather than just chomping on a piece of cabbage leaf, you can make soup out of cabbages, paprika, carrots, celery and tomatoes. Be sure to eat chicken breats occasionally. Not only is cabbage full of nutrition, but it has also been scientifically proven that it also restricts carbohydrate absorption inside your body.

Well is Hollywood is loving it, and science is backing it…why not give it a try yourself???
